About Me
I’m a trauma therapist, EMDR specialist and space-holder for people who want to soften old patterns and feel more at home in their own bodies. My style is gentle, grounded and real — I work with what’s stuck underneath the words.
I’m accredited with NCPS and EMDR Europe, and I believe healing happens best when you feel truly safe, seen and not rushed.
Whether you’re untangling historic trauma, festival journeys or the day-to-day anxiety loops — you’re welcome here.

What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a gentle but powerful therapy that helps you process stuck or overwhelming memories so they don’t keep hijacking your present. Instead of just talking about what happened, EMDR works with your brain’s natural healing ability — helping your mind file away old distress in a safer place.
It’s an evidence-based approach for trauma, anxiety, and other tough life experiences. Many people find EMDR helps them feel calmer in their bodies, less triggered day to day, and more free to respond to life rather than react from old wounds.

Upcoming Events
EMDR Therapy & The Nervous System – Live in Bristol

On 22nd September 2025, I’ll be hosting an experiential evening at The Steam Crane, exploring the science and practice of EMDR, polyvagal theory, and “psychohacking” the nervous system.
We’ll unpack how EMDR works, why it’s so effective, and how to work with your body’s responses instead of against them. Expect a mix of applied neuroscience, personal insight, and practical grounding tools you can use straight away.
